How can I return the item?

Return of the item required the user to understand the return policy. Customers that want to return the item must email us at admin@aigogo.co and attach the e-copy of the receipt in the email. The item must be packaged and in the same condition when you received them. Make sure to drop-off the item at our Courier Partner. We will process the refund after the return of the item.

Buyer may, by completing the Online Return Form, apply to return the purchased goods to Aigogo.co or seller in exchange for a replacement or a refund. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased goods is returned to Aigogo.co or seller within 30 days from the delivery date, depending on the applicable Return Policy. In case of damaged goods, please contact Aigogo.co or Seller within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the claim process.
